NEXT GEN pop-up and exhibition opening

From January 30th-February 14th, 2026, PLATTE opens the NEXT GEN Pop-Up and Exhibition, curated by photographer and NEXT GEN jury member Sven Marquardt, marking the official kick off of Berlin Fashion Week FW26/27.

As part of the two weeks NEXT GEN Pop-Up and Exhibition, PLATTE presents a new pop-up experience including an  immersive visual installation showcasing the identities of five up and coming designers selected by an expert jury across design, sustainability, and fashion.

Through a mix of fashion and visual arts, the exhibition offers a raw, intimate look into the designers minds shaping Berlin’s future. NEXT GEN provides new talent with visibility, mentorship, and a retail-focused platform to connect with brands, media, and the fashion industry.
