Content project assistant

PLATTE.Berlin e.V. is seeking, on behalf of the District Office of Mitte, Berlin, to implement the project: Establishing a Fashion House to Support Young Designers and Creative Professionals from Mitte and Pankow, multiple project employees (m/f/d) to support project management on a part-time basis.

Tasks:

  • Handling defined project management tasks
  • Close collaboration with the project management, association board, clients, and experts
  • Creation, development, and maintenance of reports, presentations, and working materials
  • Development of decision-making foundations based on project status
  • Service-oriented support for national and international guests
  • Participation in public relations, including the creation of informational materials, management of the website and social media channels
  • Organization, support, and execution of events
  • General administrative and organizational tasks
  • Establishment and expansion of a network of project participants and integration into other existing local networks
  • Assistance and hospitality for guests and visitors
  • Documentation of work processes and results
  • Preparation of project reports

Your profile:

  • Completed university or college degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in communication, project management, or other relevant fields with comparable skills and knowledge
  • Experience with common standard software products
  • Experience with digital project management tools
  • Desirable: Knowledge of general administrative law (e.g., BezVG), budget law (LHO, AV LHO), and administrative processing standards (GGO I, AZG)
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • High willingness to learn, perform, and adapt
  • Ability and readiness for structured, organized, independent, and results-oriented work
  • Communicative, cooperative, and empathetic approach to people

We offer:

  • A fixed-term position until September 30, 2026, with a working time of 19.75 hours per week, based on TV-L E9
