On February 7th, during Berlin Fashion Week, the Kitschy Couture Show took place and left the guests impressed. Designer Abarna Kugathasan drew inspiration from her Tamil roots and Sri Lankan culture in her design process. Accompanied by a captivating Bharatanatyam dance performance, a traditional dance form from South India, the show unfolded in a wedding ambiance, enchanting the audience with a celebration of love and tradition. Beyond its thematic depth, the show emphasized diversity and inclusivity by presenting a wide range of creative and unique designs. The small team of the brand organized the show, while PLATTE handled guest management and press relations.
